Interpreting rates
Interpreting rates may vary depending on the subject matter and the amount of time required. The prices listed below are for guidance only:
- Simultaneous interpreting (full day): starting from €550.00*
- Simultaneous interpreting (half day): starting from €420.00*
- Consecutive interpreting (full day): starting from €550.00
- Consecutive interpreting (half day): starting from €420.00
- 1 hour: starting from €120.00
* Please note that simultaneous interpreting assignments have to be completed by a team of two interpreters per booth. The rates listed above are charged for each interpreter.

Translation rates
Translation rates are charged by standard line of the source text. 1 standard line = 55 characters including spaces
The rates charged for an individual translation may vary depending on the difficulty of the text, the turnaround time and the file format. The rates listed below are for guidance only:
- Translation of general texts that don't include any specialized terminology: starting from €1.30 per standard line
- Translation of specialized texts: starting from €1.50 per standard line
- Minimum charge: €30.00
- Rush surcharge: +50%
- Weekend surcharge: +50%

Proofreading/editing rates
Proofreading and editing rates are charged by standard page. 1 standard page = 1650 characters including spaces
- Proofreading: starting from €4.00 per standard page
- Editing: starting from €7.00 per standard page
- Minimum charge: €30.00
Student rates
The following rates only apply to students:
- Proofreading: starting from €2.80 per standard page
- Editing: starting from €4.50 per standard page
